Monty’s Equestrian Centre

Monty’s Equestrian Centre is the only Riding School in Clacton.  It is a short walk to the beach, in a stunning location, and in the centre of all the Holiday Parks.

Whether it’s a one-off experience, or more, we will teach you how to develop your skills, progress and/or refresh your knowledge of this amazing sport.  Instructors adapt to your age and any limitations.  At the Centre, we teach Showing, Show Jumping, Dressage, Western and Bareback riding – so there is something for everyone whatever your age.  We have a 40m x 40m Menage with amazing jumps.

Our Staff are dedicated and passionate about teaching you the correct way to ride.  We teach how to work off the leg and speech, at at your own pace.  Have your Birthday Unicorn Part at Monty’s and have lots of fun.  Monty’s team has a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience at this safe and welcoming family-run, professional yard.  Learn to ride on calm, safe horses and ponies and have a wonderful experience.

Monty’s accepts children (from 2 years) and adults in individual or group lessons.  We also offer Equine Assisted Therapy.
