Good Employment enhances staff wellbeing, which leads to increased productivity and a more successful business. Bad employment affects grooms’ mental health and together we must eliminate it from our industry.
At the ABRS we were concerned to learn that in a recent survey by the British Grooms Association over 64% of respondents said that they DIDN’T HAVE an employment contract.
