We would like to congratulate World Horse Welfare CEO, Roly Owers who is to receive an OBE for services to equine welfare in the King’s Birthday Honours List.
Roly is a great friend and supporter of the ABRS+ and spoke at our Conference in May about “Responsible Horse Ownership and the Social Licence”.
