Some good news for riding schools, in England, who are able to demonstrate that they operate as an Out of School Setting (OOSS) in accordance with the Department for Education Guidance. Centres can now increase group sizes to 15, for under 18s, where they genuinely provide activities which fulfil the criteria of an OOSS. This will allow summer camps (non-residential), own a pony days and pony activity sessions to cater for up to 15 children in a group.
