New Covid-19 Rider Registration Form

With the new Covid-19 guidelines in mind we have produced an additional Rider Registration form for centres to download and use for their clients.  The form is emailable and clients can easily complete, sign and return the form digitally. This will help centres maintain social distancing and reduce the need for face to face contact.
