Good Employment and how it makes a difference is a current topic and one which Lucy Katan, Chief Executive and Founder of The Equestrian Employers Association will be exploring at the Riding in the Community Conference.
Lucy will talk about the benefits of Good Employment practices and how this can promote your reputation as an employer. This will include discussions on the challenges that our industry faces regarding staff recruitment and retention, and how offering development can help to overcome the changing demographics and the increasing National Minimum Wage.
Lucy will be joined by Zoe Horne from the National Horseracing College to discuss Apprenticeships and the benefits to your business.
