The BEF are undertaking a nationwide survey of Riding Schools with the intent of understanding better the current situation, operational challenges and capacity issues, and how this impacts their ability to deliver grass roots riding. The Members Bodies of the BEF, which includes the ABRS+, BHS, Pony Club and RDA, are supporting this survey.
We have sent an email to ABRS+ members that explains the purpose and benefits of the survey; this includes a link to the actual online survey form. The data from the survey will allow the BEF and Member Bodies to focus on the key issues that riding schools are facing, and to develop the ways and means of providing the right support to enable riding schools to flourish. The data will also help support our ongoing lobbying with Government as well as giving them a realistic picture of the impact that COVID had on riding schools.
