The 15th January 2024 is marked as Blue Monday which is said to be the most depressing day of the year and acknowledges feelings of sadness and depression.
Although it was initially created as a PR stunt to sell more holidays and has been dismissed as a myth – it does in fact hold some relevance with January being a particularly challenging month for many equestrian business owners and employees.
If your team is feeling a bit blue why not use the day for something positive and organise something simple like hot chocolate and cake together at lunch time spend time raising some smiles.
Morale boosting is beneficial to your business all year round, but Blue Monday is a great excuse to make that happen next week.
